Delivery

Every order is fulfilled by Amazon's UK warehouse network on our behalf (Multi-Channel Fulfilment). That means the same picking, packing, tracked carriers and delivery speed you know from Amazon — typically 3–5 working days within the UK. Delivery is free on all orders. We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. Email us at the address on your order confirmation and we'll send you the return instructions and address. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of the return arriving.

If anything arrives faulty or damaged, tell us straight away — we'll replace it or refund you in full, including any return postage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
