What is a footmuff?

A footmuff (also called a cosy toes or a bunting bag) is a padded, weatherproof cover that fastens into a pram, pushchair or buggy and zips around your baby like a warm sleeping bag. It keeps a child cosy and dry on cold-weather walks while leaving the pram's harness fully usable.

Will the Croc N Frog footmuff fit my pram or pushchair?

Yes — it's a universal-fit footmuff designed for nearly all UK prams, pushchairs, buggies, strollers and joggers. It has openings for both 3-point and 5-point harnesses, so the seat belt threads straight through and your baby stays securely strapped in.

What size is the footmuff, and what age is it for?

The footmuff measures 95cm long by 43cm wide (37.2" x 17") and suits babies and toddlers from roughly 0 to 36 months. The roomy length means little ones have space to stretch and grow into it across more than one winter.

Is the footmuff waterproof and windproof?

Yes. The outer shell is a tough Oxford fabric that is both waterproof and windproof, so rain beads up and rolls off before it reaches the lining. Inside, a soft polar-fleece lining holds the warmth in. It's built for British rain, wind and frost.

Can I machine wash the footmuff?

Yes — the footmuff is machine washable, so everyday spills, muddy boots and nappy mishaps are no problem. Wash it on a gentle cycle and let it air dry.

Can I use it in milder weather too?

Yes. The full-length zip lets you open the front for ventilation, and the front panel folds down so you don't have to take it off on warmer days. With the front open it doubles as a soft seat liner or cushion pad that can stay in the pram all year round.

What's the difference between the Footmuff and the Premium Footmuff?

Both share the same universal fit and waterproof Oxford shell. The regular Footmuff has a warm polar-fleece lining. The Premium Footmuff is lined head-to-toe in deeper, plusher North Polar Plush fleece for extra warmth and softness, with a plush collar that frames your baby's face — our warmest footmuff.

Is a footmuff the same as a cosy toes?

Yes — 'footmuff', 'cosy toes' and 'bunting bag' all describe the same thing: a warm, zip-up cover for a pram or pushchair. Croc N Frog footmuffs are a universal-fit cosy toes that fits most pushchairs.

Where are Croc N Frog footmuffs made?

We're a British family brand. Our footmuffs are designed here in Britain — the fit, fabrics, safety details and finish are all ours — and made to our specification in China by trusted manufacturing partners, the same way design-led brands such as Apple design at home and build abroad. Every product is made to our standards before it reaches you.

What are pram handmuffs?

Handmuffs are waterproof, fleece-lined hand warmers for the parent doing the pushing. They fasten around the pram handlebar, are wide enough for coat sleeves, and keep your hands warm and dry on winter walks — no more lost gloves. They're machine washable too.

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

Delivery is free on every order. Orders are picked, packed and shipped from Amazon's UK warehouse network with tracked carriers, and typically arrive within 3–5 working days. We currently ship to UK addresses only.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, we'll replace it or refund you in full including return postage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
